    Astaxanthin from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis, organic extra virgin olive oil, capsule shell: bovine gelatine, glycerine, water; mixed tocopherols (from sunflower and rapeseed oil) as an antioxidant.

    Suggested use:

    Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule taken with a meal. Astaxanthin is a fat-soluble carotenoid – taking it with a meal containing fat aids its absorption.
