Olini Beet Kvass is a ruby-red, lightly sparkling fermented beetroot drink with a subtly tangy, savory flavor, made using the traditional fermentation method. No added sugar and no preservatives - great for everyday drinking or as a base for soups and chilled beet soups, suitable for the whole family, including children from 1 year old.

About the Product

Olini Beet Kvass is made using the traditional fermentation method, with the addition of Kłodawa rock salt, bay leaf, allspice and garlic. The product is unpasteurized, free from preservatives and artificial colors - its deep ruby color comes naturally from the fermentation process.

This is a living product - fermentation continues in the bottle, so it may fizz lightly and develop a natural sediment at the bottom. The taste is subtly tangy and slightly salty, with a distinct note of spices, while the aroma combines a tangy edge with bay leaf and allspice.

Intended Use

Olini Beet Kvass works well as an everyday drink and as a base for soups such as chilled beet soup or red borscht. The manufacturer recommends it for pregnant women, children from 1 year old and adults.

How to Use

1. Serve chilled - warm temperatures diminish the drink's character.
2. Children from 1 year: 1-2 tablespoons daily; from 2 years: 4-5 tablespoons or more.
3. Adults: about half a glass daily.
4. Also works as a base for soups such as chilled beet soup or red borscht.

Storage

Store in the refrigerator at around 4-10°C, both before and after opening. Do not shake the bottle before opening - this is a living product that may fizz lightly, and keeping it well chilled limits the fizzing.
